In the 1970s, my father owned two of these beautiful DAF F241 3300 trucks. As a child, I went on many trips with this vehicle, mainly during the holidays. Seeing the DAF in ETS 2 today brings back many memories, especially of how empty the roads were back then compared to how they are now. The dashboard is etched into my memory, and I still see my lunchbox sitting on the shelf. We used to deliver specially manufactured lightweight concrete blocks all over Germany back then.
