Worth noting in this pic: As I was pulling up, the police officer who is parked in the grass was actually parked in the road behind the other cop, but some glitch caused that car to suddenly go spinning across the road and into the grass as though it had been hit by an invisible object, and the other cop car lurched forward and climbed halfway up that toppled trailer. Strange scene.
