Saw a transport of precisely this windmill-element on the danish highway at night (02.30) the other day. The elemnts were bigger in real life though..
It was a convoy of 3 trucks with escort and all. Took me right back into the game.

I drive a craftsman-(truck) with beacons on top and couldn´t help blinking as I passed.. He kindly returned the greeting with 3 long-light blinks..
