J0205. Working for Crown Construction, Reg was about to have an unusual day. He and his dump truck and trailer were at Coastline mining getting some aggregates for a construction project near Reno. his combination let him carry considerably overweight loads, as long as he had all the proper permits. Reg was a stickler for details and doing things right, so most DOT inspections went without a hitch.
