Reminds me of an old childhood memory as a kid in the 1970s during visits to grandparents in south Georgia. A couple miles down the road and more towards the center of the tiny town was a shop that worked on semi trucks. Would ride the bicycle down there and watch them work on them, that place stayed busy. Logging trucks mostly, but a few freight haulers in there too. Mostly COE and tops would be let down, guys crawling all over em, split wheels, old spoke wheels, smell of diesel in the air...

Faded Glory.

Sad to see old trucks fading away with time and seasons. Like the sun setting on an old classic. Makes you wonder if SCS should do like some game developers and donate some money or hold fundraisers to benefit classic truck museums and help to restore old classic trucks to their former glory. No matter where they are in the world, these old trucks helped build societies and made them what they are today.
