J0197. Driving through the city one could see people gathered, talking, shopping, or for the more athletically-inclined, jogging. There is such a relaxed feel to pedestrian life in California. A complete contrast to the heavy and fast - when not stuck - traffic in Los Angeles. It was the one place I avoided as much as I could, as far as work was concerned.
