S0406. The traffic problem really delayed us. I needed to refuel, and it appeared that everyone else did too, suddenly. Maybe they were hoping traffic would clear while they did so. I was a bit early for my rest-break but with traffic so bad it made sense to park at the truck stop, sleep, and resume in the evening.
