S0383. For the second time this day I was treated to the soft glow of the sun painting the sky as it danced just below the horizon. Despite my eagerness to get home to my husband, wanting to hit the highway as quickly as possible, for the next half hour I could enjoy the beauty of nature. I opened my window and smelled the moist earth of farm fields, and the herbal scent of the grasses near the road as dew formed.
