To answer your question about getting other trucks in game, search for mods on here http://atsmods.lt/
once downloaded copy the mod to your mod folder which generally is located here C:\My Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2
Also you can download mods through Steam Workshop. Google it, it is very easy to do. Happy Trucking!!
