After doing as your advice, I have no problem at all now with "Ohaha Volvo FH 2013" and that in my existing profile full of more than 50 mods.
I'll upload new pictures of "Ohaha Volvo FH 2013" within a few days.

This advice has become a decisive hint !! I have been using "Ohaha Volvo FH 2013" that was uploaded to ETS2.LT.
That is why I have mountain of trouble even though I tried in a new profile without any other mods in it as previously described.
It has turned out to be a basic mistake indeed.

I have something to report to you.
I'm sorry I couldn't by any means activate correctly Ohaha's FH16 2013 in my environment (1.27). I tried many times by changing the load order or making a new profile, but in vain. I can buy the truck at the dealer, but when I come to customizing it changing the chassis system or the interior, the game always freezes. So I have no choice but to give it up.
Setting that aside, thank you so much.
