145. "Bourges?!" I exclaimed, talking to my friend Ludwig. "I'm on my way there now. You were there yesterday?" I was not far from Bourges, passing through the quaint village of Issoudun. The highway earlier was going through some lovely landscapes, but the smaller roads passed through villages that were rustic and really peaceful.
