93. Approaching Warsaw the building that stood out the most was the Communist Era Palace of Culture and Science, still the tallest building in Poland. But around it were several ultra modern skyscrapers. It was a peculiar juxtaposition of the old and new Poland. Everything was going according to my plan. The road was widening and would soon become the highway that would take me a lot closer to Gdansk.
