Very nice truck and shot. About your question; I use "fael environment" mod, have a very good graphic card (high resolution is always nice ; ) "Weather reloaded" mod and most important, very good skins for the truck (plus wheels and tuning parts for them) You can found this stuff on ets2.lt I hope this answer is good for you?!
