FYI this truck is imitating the black vans used by Japanese Right wing groups. The kanji on the trailer reads "Correct the Constitution" that means abolishing Article 9 of Japanese Constitution, which prohibits Japan from starting wars. And the kanji under the Scania logo reads "Defend the country and Praise the Emperor". Considering the Japanese Right Wing groups keep trying to excuse the actions of Japan in WWII as "self defense", you can see what they are trying to do here.
