About "inside" cams, I think that's only a model design choice ; SCS seems to not use it with their models but the possibility is ingame already, as this truck model allows to use it.

However, it makes me regret that stock in-game cam doesn`t allow to move freely from driver`s seat to the bed zone.
Maybe SCS will realize this possibility in ETS3? Who knows...
