@epic looks like my old Phoebe Grace skin which you can find by googling ijsmods. The skin was been updated a while back and now the front matches the sides properly too. Lightbar mod is of course included.

EPIC - The skin is a standard "Phoebe Grace" skin, I modded the "Stobart" text on the roof myself using Paint.
