oh man now thats asking something hehe.
A very long time ago I took that pic.

I'm 90% sure it was with TSM mod and I was heading towards northern Italy, might even be in Italy itself.
There is a steep winding road that leads down the mountain side which is on the right of that pic and this is the road at the bottom of it.
