Jan 0249: Approaching the decent where several dump trucks had rolled over in the curve, Hal had to slow to 15mph. The massive load was unstable for any lateral g-forces.
Side-to side clearances were more easy to manage: the highway was still closed to traffic and that meant Hal could straddle both lanes.
