Jan 0231: HHS did not usually pull dry vans or bulk liquids. Hal’s truck, a Western Star 4900 8x4, was custom built for heavy and oversize work. The Detroit Diesel DD16 was specced specifically for severe duty.

Here, Hal passes an overturned trailer that came down a sloping curve too fast. High Center of Gravity requires extra caution.
